Homeowner's Right to Vote on the Regulation of Public Roadways

On May 22nd, our Homeowners Association hosted a virtual Town Hall to discuss the implications and applications of ARS 33-1818. This Arizona statute plays a crucial role in defining the rights and responsibilities of homeowners and associations, particularly concerning the regulation of the public roadways within the community. The Town Hall provided a platform for residents to gain insights, ask questions, and share their perspectives on how ARS 33-1818 affects our community. By fostering open dialogue, we aimed to enhance understanding and encourage collaborative solutions.

As an SVM homeowner, you will have the opportunity to vote for or against this measure, available from June 3rd to June 25th. For more information and instructions on how to vote as a homeowner, please refer to the postcard being mailed to all Star Valley Master homeowners the week of May 27, 2025, via ElectionBuddy.
